Dr. Ronald Ochsner graduated from Northwestern University Medical School in 1966. He interned at Passavant Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois, and then served three years with the US Navy. This was followed by a residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at Northwestern University.
Dr. Ochsner practiced in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin for two years and then moved to Denver where he has practiced since 1976. He is board certified and for the past 15 years has specialized in the prevention and care of sports injuries.
Dr. Ochsner was chair of the Department of Surgery (1995-1996) and chair of the Quality Committee (1997-1998) at Swedish Medical Center.
